1.The Source
From skilled growers, distillers and suppliers around the world and to you the consumer, we carefully manage the process of providing the highest quality essential oils. With a combination of trusted international relationships, industry expertise, attention to detail and the best manufacturing practices we are able to offer a world-class product to our customers.
Our manufacturer has direct relationships with suppliers and can guarantee the botanical species origin for each essential oil. Testing and analysis physically support these relationships.
2.The Selections
When choosing an essential oil, it is important to understand the relationship between botanical origin and its effect on the quality and properties of the essential oil.
The same essential oil type can sometimes be produced from a number of botanical species. For example, the most common Lavender type comes from Lavandula angustifolia. There is also a less expensive type known as Lavandin, which comes from Lavandula x intermedia.
When some companies do not specify the botanical species of an oil, it could be an indication that they have combined two separate botanical species, creating a product of less definable quality. Technically speaking the product is still an identifiable essential oil, but it is of an inferior quality compared to an oil that has been produced solely from one botanical source.
Often the properties of an essential oil are indicated by the botanical species from which they are derived. Therefore, if you are purchasing an oil with an unknown botanical species, the expected properties of the oil may be different to the actual.

3.The Quality
Quality is an essential ingredient of any My Senses product. Before a product is accepted by My Senses, it must comply with a strict set of guidelines. The Code of Good Manufacturing Practice is maintained by My Senses’ Quality Assurance Team to guarantee our range of products are useable, environmentally friendly and of the highest quality.
No synthetics, fragrances, fillers or toxic chemicals. All of our products are sustainability produced, non-toxic, vegan friendly, cruelty-free and made with our unstoppable 100% pure and natural essential oils.
4.The Certification
Our products comply with the procedures and principles of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, an international standard controlled by the Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention Scheme (PIC/S) who ensures that our manufacturing processes meet stringent standards. Our manufacturer also hold an Organic Processing Certificate (ACO Certified Organic), Kosher Accreditation and HACCP (Food Safety Certification Programme). Many of the products are also produced in an accredited Therapeutic Goods Administration (T.G.A) facility.
Maintaining these standards and ensuring the quality of our finished products and essential oils gives our customers across all industry sectors not only the reassurance but the guarantee of quality and authenticity in the products we supply.
5.The Education
What is Essential Oil? It is highly volatile and concentrated liquid containing the active aromatic compounds from plants – The Essence of the Plant. There are differences between essential oils, adulterated oils and fragrance oils. As a consumer, we need to know the differences, benefits and the risk of these oils.
Basically, the 2 main applications of essential oils are aromatic, and topical. However, we strongly recommend that you consult an expert and/or equip yourself with appropriate knowledge and information about essential oils in order to benefit from it.
